Rooibos is only grown in a small mountainous area in a Western Cape province of South Africa called Cederberg. Also called Redbush tea, it is an earthy red herbal non caffeined drink with several medicinal properties. With its low tannin levels, it is an excellent alternative to black tea or green tea. Most importantly, Rooibos contains several antioxidants just like pure chocolate which delay ageing, promote healthy heart, reduce high cholesterol levels and may reduce type 2 diabetes!

Shelf life: One monh. Refrigerate in an air and moisture tight container. A white film can sometimes appear due to temperature changes however please note the chocolate is good to eat with no effect on quality.
