This contemporary dark chocolate bar in a traditonal English tea comprises a thin outer shell made in 55% Dark Belgian Chocolate and a creamy hand made filling of fresh brew of Earl Grey tea in cream and Belgian chocolate
Experience: Bite through the thin dark chocolate shell which delicately breaks into fresh aromatic Earl Grey tea smooth ganache filling.
 
Named after Charles, the 2nd Earl Grey and 18th century British Prime Minister, the original recipe for this English blend comprises black tea with extract of bergamot squeezed from special tiny Mediterranean lemons. Apparently, the bergamot was added in order to offset the high level of limescale in the local water where Mr Earl Grey lived.
 
Ingredients: Fine Belgian Dark Cacao 55%, Cacao
Butter, Earl Grey, French UHT cream, Natural Vanilla, Soy Lecithin
Less than 150 calories per serving (half bar)
 
100% handmade, in small batches, using all
natural Belgian cacao, whole teas, flowers, spices, herbs and
fruits. No compound chocolate, vegetable oil, transfat,
corn syrup, glucose, invertase, egg, butter or artificial
flavors used.
 
Instructions
Refrigerate in an air and moisture tight container. A white film can sometimes appear due to temperature changes however please note the chocolate is good to eat with no effect on quality.
Best before six months of manufacturing date.
